Due to hygiene reasons and the intimate nature of earrings, we do not offer returns or exchanges.  Please message if you have any concerns or questions.

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the item or you are not happy with the finish or quality, you are able to return the piece for a full refund within 28 days from purchase.

We are unable to accept returns on orders which have been been engraved correctly as per the confirmed order details.

Please email and full instructions for return shall be provided.

We recommend that you use Royal Mail’s Special Delivery services to return the item as we cannot be held responsible for parcels until they have been signed for at our Returns Centre.

Upon receipt of the item, we shall issue a prompt refund of the price of the goods, minus the original cost of the delivery to you.

The credit or debit card used for the original purchase will be credited with the original price (exceptions may apply). Please allow 4-7 working days for your credit card company to credit your account.
